name, description or currency_type — a call with
none of them has nothing to update. Sending the values the quota already has
changes nothing, so the same call can be sent twice.
A rename reaches every statement measuring against the quota: it reads under
its new name there too. A new currency_type only decides the currency of a
user’s first target: a user who already holds targets on this quota keeps
theirs, which
update_quota_values changes
per user.
The quota’s frequency and type, and anything about a quota synchronized from
an integration beyond its name and description, can only be changed on its
page in the Qobra web app: they rewrite its stored targets or relaunch its
import. The call is refused when it would change the currency_type of a
synchronized quota.
The quota’s environment (live or a sandbox) is the one the quota lives in.
Requires write permission on quotas. Available only where the Qobra write tools
beta is enabled. Every write to the live environment is recorded in the audit
trail as the Qobra MCP agent; writes to a sandbox are not audited.
